Which is the most suitable type of implant to support bridgework?

I am looking at an implant centre that is more local to my location and they offer different types of implants namely Asta Tech, legacy and Nobel Biocare. Are these different techniques or materials? Which would be most suitable for two implants supporting bridgework to fill a large gap made by 2 extractions of 2 back teeth or is it a purley cosmetic choice.,

I really don’t want to wear dentures and I am considering other options, such as implants. Can I have these and how much would they cost?

I have a lower front bridge (approx 15 years old) and have recently suffered two abscesses under the bridge. I have been informed that the bridge needs to be removed together with the offending tooth with the result being dentures. I really do no want dentures is it possbile to have another bridge fitted? or would it have to be implants. Your expert advice would be very much appreciated as I feel really low about the prospect of having to wear dentures. I would also be most grateful if you could give me a ball park figure for these treatments as I assume they are not avaible on the NHS. Kind regards,

Would it be best to replace my missing tooth with a false tooth at a private dentist?

I had my front top crown and root knocked out by a dog 12 weeks ago, there was a splint put on and it has now been removed. I feel the crown tender and there is slight movement, would i be better replacing it with a false tooth as i cannot have a bridge as the one next to it is also a crown. Also do you think i would be better off going private rather than NHS (would they make a better job of the work privately. Thanks,

when i was 12 years of age i had an accident and lost a front tooth. I was fitted with a denture which made me very conscious and as such i was too embarrassed to go to the dentist i have now lost most of my top teethand four of my bottom teeth. Would it be possible to get my front 4 or 6 teeth removed and replaced with implants?

I am 26 years old and have “buck teeth” my front teeth stick out about 5mm to 6mm. I have been told that I have a class 2 narrow arch width. Would it be possible to get my front 4 or 6 teeth removed and replaced with implants? I have been told that braces would take atleast two years and am looking for other options. Thanks for you help,

I have receding gums i only have 8 teeth on the bottom & 7 top.  1 of them is loose & the front 2 are caps,i have no back teeth. My last dentist told me nothing can be done come back when you decide to have dentures but i dont want dentures can anything be done other than dentures i know it will be costly and i think it would be worth it.,
