Would it be possible to get my front 4 or 6 teeth removed and replaced with implants?

Q. I am 26 years old and have “buck teeth” my front teeth stick out about 5mm to 6mm. I have been told that I have a class 2 narrow arch width. Would it be possible to get my front 4 or 6 teeth removed and replaced with implants? I have been told that braces would take atleast two years and am looking for other options. Thanks for you help,
A. Implants is NOT a good option. It sounds as though you are wanting a quick-fix option. implants are a surgical procedure- healing time and the r

estorative phases can be the same length of time as it would to have a brace- and we would not advise that you have unnecessary surgical procedures for this case. Orthodontics is the most conservative option and some appliances work quicker then others. Hope this has helped.
