i am worried about my teeth coming forward what can i do for this please advice

Q.
Dear DR. 4 of my teeth were removed when I was 14 as they were overlaid. And then I wore removable braces for some time and after that my teeth looked really nice and perfect. I had the loveliest smile out of all my friends. But during the past two years my teeth have come forward and now they look worse than ever before. I am depressed and worried about this as I have completely lost my smile. I m ready to spend any amount and I don’t mind even extracting teeth and all I want is to have my smile back by pushing my teeth back in to their proper places. When I go to my family dentist , he said that he only can align the teeth but not to push them back. I am really worried about this and I want to have the perfect teeth back somehow. So DR. what can I do for this? .please advice me ..

I need braces and my teeth has alot cavaties what can i get done about this on the NHS

Friday, May 1st, 2009
Q.
Firstly when i was younger, approx 9 i ahd my four canines taken out, due to over crowding. This hurt immensly, and i did not go to the dentist for about 8 years. When my canines came back through (adult teeth) they came through at the top, through the gums at the front like vampire teeth. When i went back to a dentist, they refered me to an orthodontist, who told me even as a student i had to pay for a brace, approx £4000-£5000. I did not agree to a brace, when i was younger, neither did my mother. they just used it as a remedy, now i am so self-concious, always cover my mouth etc. Also due to not going to the dentist for 8 years, i had alot of cavaties, and had to have my bottom far back tooth out, and my far back left, making it hard to eat. What can i get done about this on the NHS, as i am a student and cannot afford thousands of pounds. Also if nothing what can i get done privately and how much would it cost? thank you in advance

my bottom jaw is big and bits across to left would you be able to using me as an example case

Thursday, April 30th, 2009
Q.
I am 28, I had braces in my early teens to straighten my teeth and with the looks to have surgery to realign my jaws, my bottom jaw is to big and bits across to the left and my top jaw too small. I didnt go ahead with this. I now work ina job role that is customer facing – my teeth are alot straighter but def not like when i had the braces removed plus I have 2 unsightly canine teeth 3rd in on each side. My jaw really affects my breathing and is extremely prominent and my teeth just make me never what to smile. This has also been an issue of bullying as I grew up. I now want to get this sorted but really dont know how to go about it – was wondering if you know anyone who would be interested in using me as an example case as i am aware treatment can be very costly – I can forward pictures etc for ref. thank you.

Thursday, April 30th, 2009
Q.
Hi I’m 25 and need braces, but I’m single and don’t want them getting in my way when talking to other people. Could you also tell me whether I would have to pay for the 1st meeting and would I be able to pay in installments rather than a lump sum for the whole procedure? Thank you so much for your time and look forward to hearing from you.
