i need osseous surgery what do you think about lanap instead of traditional surgery?

Q. I am told that I need osseous surgery in my whole mouth, what do you think about LANAP instead of traditional surgery? what is the risks of the traditional surgery? Is that right that I will get spaces between my teeth? thanks

A. Laser-assisted new attachment procedure is  a new technique that I don’t have any experience of. Unfortunatley all gum surgery usually results in recession causing gaps in the teeth. You it may be hard to find a dentist with skills in the LANAP technique but you could look around on the web

Not sure whats happened but it sounds like you have gum disease. this can be treated to an extent but it depends on how severe it is. Go to the specialist as planned and see what they say.

Hello, My teeth (top) lean/slant to the left as opposed to inwards/outwards. It has severely damaged my confidence and the majority of the time i do not want to show my teeth. I’m 17, is this reversible i.e. to get them straight as opposed to a slanted smile. The gum line of my top teeth is not even and i am unsure if it is this what gives the leaning effect. What treatments are there available for this

I would need to see you to give you the best options, you may need some orthodontic work or cosmetic to correct your tooth alignment and bite.
