After getting my teeth removed how long should I wait for my dentures?

Hi, i have advanced periodontitis and my four front teeth are extremely crooked and stick out a great deal. This has not only affected my speech but has also knocked my self confidence considerably, i am very self conscious smiling now. I would like to have the four front removed, which are all quite wobbly now, taken out and replaced with a partial denture or perhaps bridge. How long would i have to wait between getting my denture/bridge and having the teethe out? Also where can i find a great dentist to do this work. I would rather pay the extra and have a great job done.

Would you be able to get a temp dentures immediately for my broken teeth

Dear Sir, I am very embarest and feel very depressed as the majority of my teeth are broken and down to the gum line. I have no confidence in myself now hance why I feel embarest and depressed about myself. I am very scared of dental work. My friend said that when he got dentures he had to go about for some months with no teeth untill the gums healed. Would you be able to get temp imediate ones. Can you help me by suggesting what to do and the likely costs thanking you for your help

Would it be possible to pull the teeth and put in implant denture on the same day

I am 55 and only have 5 front teeth on top and 1 back tooth and each side on the bottom. I am not worried about getting the top denture, but I have a tiny bone ridge on the bottom. Except for the 2 teeth to extract, the others have been out for a year. When I go can they pull the 2 teeth and put in the implant denture on the same day. I thought they you may have to have the teeth pulled and let the gum heal before they will do an implant denture. Please tell me if it can be done. Thanks

My dentist replace the old button with a rod and a pin what is the cost of it?

Can bone graft be done around my existing implants?

I had implants fitted 11 years ago, following a car accident (left fron teeth). I was 14. The implants are no longer level with my other teeth, and a recent x-ray shows the bone augmentation I had at the time of the implants needs re-doing. When I had the implants fitted I had to wear a denture for a year. Is it likely to be the same this time, or can the bone graft be done around my existing implants? Thanks
