After getting my teeth removed how long should I wait for my dentures?

Q. Hi, i have advanced periodontitis and my four front teeth are extremely crooked and stick out a great deal. This has not only affected my speech but has also knocked my self confidence considerably, i am very self conscious smiling now. I would like to have the four front removed, which are all quite wobbly now, taken out and replaced with a partial denture or perhaps bridge. How long would i have to wait between getting my denture/bridge and having the teethe out? Also where can i find a great dentist to do this work. I would rather pay the extra and have a great job done.

A. In my practice I would make the bridge or denture first then remove the teeth and fit the denture at the same time so you don’t walk round with any gaps. Let me know if you would like me to take a look for you. My number is 01245 268 494 or e mail me on [email protected]
