Is there a chance to have straighter teeth fitted in the dentures

Q. I have just been told by my dentist that i have to have a top denture. I have always had buck teeth and wondered if this is a chance to have straighter teeth fitted in the denture, is this possible thanking you

A. The thing about having dentures- is that you can more or less choose how your teeth are set up. You need to be aware that if you’ve always had teeth that stick out a little- theh your lip support might be compromised. The bigger the change in your teeth, the more focus on your mouth you will get. Alot of my patients who have dentures, always wants ‘natural looking’ teeth so that they don’t appear too false looking. just something for you to consider, but your dentist will advise you on what’s best.
