My mom has dentures could she have dental implants and what is the cost

Q. My mother is 53 yrs old and she has removable dentures for last 3 years. They are becoming loose and also causing problems while eating. She has come to UK to visit us and she will be here for 2 months. Could you please let me know if she can have dental implants and how much does it cost and how long will the treatment last. We live in Rhyl, north wales. Thank you

A. It is impossible for me to say if your mother can have dental implants without seeing her in person. She will need to have a CT scan to confirm the bone levels and case planning will need to be done first. It all depends on the amount of bone present. If there is not enough bone, then implants will not be possible.
Ideally, you need to see a cosmetic dentist for a consultation to see what options are available.
 Hope this helps
