Hi, I’m wondering if you could point me in the right direction. I’m 28 years old and I only have front teeth. They all have fillings. I suffered as a child with gum disease and never treated it. I really regret now as my face is sunken on both sides and I only have my front teeth to chew on, I’m in need of a teeth makeover but cannot afford to do this. I paid for a private denture for top and bottom but they have taken it down as much as they can. I’ts horrible, I would like implants. I am at the end of my teather, it makes me depressed and all I would like is a full mouth of teeth so I can chew like everyone else. The ones at front with fillings are all discoloured and you can tell I have fillings in front teeth by a mile off. Please, is there anything I can do or anyone that could or would be willing to give me a mouth makeover?

Thursday, September 29th, 2016My dentist says I need a crown because my back tooth is cracked, and I have a gap between this and the next tooth where a tooth was taken out many years ago. Also he says I will need a part denture to fill the gap so there is no pressure on the tooth that is to be crowned, which I don’t really want. He said if I had a bridge he would have to shave my other teeth down, so they are all the same size. My question is: could I not just have a crown? It is so expensive to have both done. How long would a crown last on its own, or are there any other options?

I had braces twice, spending a lot of money without results. I don’t want to get braces again and my dentist doesn’t know what to tell me. He referred me back to an orthodontist. He says that one tooth outgrew the other, and I’ve never broken my tooth. The last orthodontist had them the same length, but the retainer didn’t keep the one tooth from growing longer than the other. Thank you.
Will Crown Work Damage My Veneers?

I want to change the crown for an all porcelain crown as the one I have has a metal core. Will the process damage the veneers either side of it? I had the work done in 2009. I live in London and would like to find an expert in cosmetic dentistry to advise what is best for my situation. My usual dentist is very good, but he does not specialise in cosmetic work.

I have an upper palate that the lower middle incisors hit when I bite. I have lost one of the incisors already and another is working loose. I have been informed that the bone is not strong enough for implants. Apparently the bone has receded and the wider incisors are not strong enough to support the bridge.

Can I Have My Own Bridge Put Back In?
Friday, May 20th, 2016 I have had a Maryland bridge since 1991/92. It has been fine until the last month or so. It started to become painful and uncomfortable for some reason and I could feel the metal at the bottom of the tooth it was attached to. I have always tried to keep the area flossed over the years and recently used the little brushes from the chemists, but there has been an area at the top/back which I have not been able access. Question 1) has the cement started to crumble?
Question 2) I would like to know, is it possible put my same bridge back? As its a perfect match.
Can a Gap in My Teeth be Reduced by Veneers?
Friday, May 20th, 2016I was born without the right lateral tooth and always had a gap between my front teeth. Now I am too old for braces and I had a rear molar removed in the back upper and the two front teeth have shifted over further, so much that the one front tooth is almost in the place that the lateral tooth should be in, so it is set back. I want to do veneers or Lumineers, but I am not sure what can be done. Please help. I went for a consultation and an orthodontist confirmed I am too old to start shifting teeth around but I already knew that. I left that practice because there was no alternative solution given, except root canal on a perfectly healthy tooth to shave down the length. I believe the gap can be lessened by veneers and if not corrected totally.
