What is the cost of teeth whitening?

Q. Hi i am now 18 and have been unhappy with my teeth for a long time. they are not the colour i want and i feel my front 2 teeth at the top are too big. i dont know alot about teeth veneers or other options in order to get the perfect smile i am after. I want the best result i can but i am still in full time education so am looking for a cheapest option. what would you suggest. i also want them to last a good few years and not do any permanent damage to my teeth. If you could include costs that would be great.

A.

You cannot adjust the size of your teeth without having invasive work carried out. I would say though, in my opinion, dominant centrals look very nice and compliment the smile. I have patients that pay a lot of money to get that look so I would definitely think twice before adjusting them!

In regards to the shade of your teeth you can have your teeth whitened. At your age I would just use the whitening trays as they not only give good results but they are kinder to your teeth sensitivity wise. Whitening trays range form about £295-£500 depending on what clinic you opt for.
