Q.
I have straight teeth with slight spaces on the bottom and a 3mm gap between my front two teeth. I have a diastema and it broke a while back but it is still there. How could i fix this? Braces are expensive and my teeth are perfectly straight already but is it still a neccesssity?

I am 25, I have gaps in between and either side of my front 2 middle teeth please advice.

Sunday, June 14th, 2009
Q.
Hi, I had 2 front teeth taken out when I was younger. Either side of my middle two. I have had gaps for years and it has made me very depressed. I think the gaps have gotten smaller over time, and my two front teeth now have a small gap between them too, as if they have spread out. I have been reading about implants but this seams like it wouldn’t be an option as the gaps are now too small for replacement teeth, but too large for braces to pull them together. I am not sure what to do. I don’t currently have a dentist, this problem has been upsetting me for years I am now 25, and I have not been able to face the dentist since they took the teeth out when I was 19. Thanks.

i want to get my teeth pulled forward and fill the coming gaps with veneers is it possible

Monday, May 18th, 2009
Q.
Hi Dr. Moore, My teeth are healthy, nice and straight, I have been wearing braces a few years. My problem is that my teeth are located to far back in my mouth. It is like my dentist has pulled everything back to get rid of gaps, and I was missing a tooth as well. When you are a teenager you don´t think so much over it, as long as you get the ugly braces off. I am now 25 and want to get my teeth pulled forward and fill the coming gaps with veneers. Is it possible to pull teeth ca. 0.5 cm forward with braces? or do you need surgery for that? Thank you

Q.
Hi, I am 16 and have 2 impacted teeth and 2 missing teeth. My mouth can only fit 2 teeth. In a result I’ll have 2 missing teeth and the gaps will be closed by braces. I was wondering if in later life I could have venners to make it look like I have all of my teeth there?

Tooth moved to its previous position after removing braces suggest dos and donts

Tuesday, April 21st, 2009
Q.
Hello Dr, My top 4 teeth was little protruding, I had put braces for 6 months, actually all the teeths were crowded so doctor had made some gap in between so that my teeth will go in. It moved in but now it has come to the same position and it is shaking and paining. Please suggest what i have to do? If it comes back to the same position then it’s okay but if it protrudes more then it will be a problem. Please suggest what are the do’s and dont’s. Regards
