Q. Hi, im 22 and have several large gaps around my upper teeth and crowded around the bottom. Iv been self concious of this all my life, it has knocked my confidence so much that i talk with my hand over my mouth and avoid smiling or laughing. Im on income support after losing my job some months ago, i dont want my daughter to never see me smiling! What can i do? i reallly want braces but simply cant afford them. Please help, it would mean so much if you could find me a solution to this on going problem. regards
