Hi, im 17 years old im 18 at the end of july which is in a few months time,i need braces and have been told by my dentist but they said i will have to pay up to £2000, im not in education but work in a shoe shop weekends could i get braces on the nhs ? thanks.

Is it possible to fully close the gap in my front teeth and what are my options to fix it?

Hello. I’m 20 years old and unfortunately have a large gap in between my two upper front teeth. The space is roughly 8mm in width so you can imagine my insecurities. I was wondering if it’s possible to FULLY close a gap that size and what my options are in fixing this problem. Thank you 🙂

i am tempted to go for inman against invisalign as it offers faster results is inman a good option

Hi I’ve just been to see my dentist who has recommended either the Inman or Invisalign braces to straighten my teeth. I am tempted to go for the Inman as it offers much faster results, but are the results as good for the Inman as they are for the Invisalign? Bearing in mind that I’m not overly concerned about whether the braces are invisible or not, would the Inman be a good option?

I am a 55years old woman. I have blood pressure, diabete and l take medication for them. This last two years my teeth as been moving with larger space and moving forward, this is causing me to loss some of my teeth. I am really worried about this and l do not know what to do. I find it embarrassing to laugh in front to people or enough to smile. PLEASE HELP ME. I do not know if l can afford this Invisalign or if there is a payment plan. HELP. Hi I am 22 years old and am considering firstly having a mandibular osteotomy and brace treatment. Due to my age I am reluctant to have traintracks again (I have already had traintrack treatment when I was 15, which was unsuccessful). I have been to see an NHS surgeon and orthadontist about this, and they have recommended that I have the treatment. Firstly I would like to ask if its possible to have either Invisalign braces or the braces that go behind your teeth under NHS, or whether they will pay partly towards this? Due to my age traintracks are not an option for me. Also I would like to ask whether it is possible to have the invisalign braces done privately, but the surgery done on the NHS, since I cannot afford the expense? Thank you.

I am 35yrs old and my top two front teeth are pushing backwards, making the teeth next to them stick out. I can feel the pressure of this and am sure they are now moving backwards more rapidly that ever before. I asked my NHS dentist who checked my bite and said they are fine. My smile is quite big and I have always looked after my teeth. Would invisalign be an option for this problem?

Hello! My daughter(24) has protruding eye teeth,which she calls “fangs”,as a result of crowding.Whilst the rest of her upper teeth seem straight,these cuspids actually rest on her bottom lip! She has a very limited budget but has finally decided to have treatment.She prefers the idea of invisalign but wonders if this is likely to be suitable in her case.
