can invisalign system be used with DHC 4 and 5 or metal braces better for severe problems

Q. I have been researching Invisalign – can this system be used with DHC 4 and 5 or is it really more suitable for DHC 1-3 and matal braces better for the more severe problems? Thanking you 

A. Hi Yes, as general rule fixed braces either with metal or ceramic brackets are best for complex cases
