Can I have my wisdom teeth removed under general anaesthetic?

Thursday, June 17th, 2010
Q.
Hello Doctor, I am about to begin my orthodentic treatment (Invisalign), and before starting, I want to have my wisdom teeth removed. I have one problem, and it is that I’m very very nervous and scared about having it done under local anaesthetic. I want to have it done under general anaesthetic. What do you reckon? Many thanks.

I don’t want to wear metal braces again. can you suggest anything else?

Friday, June 11th, 2010
Q.
What would you recommend for my situation? My two front teeth (incisors) are longer than the surrounding teeth, and more forward than the rest as well. It makes me self-conscious that they appear rodent-like when I smile with my teeth showing. I have had braces a few years ago, but the problem with my front teeth was not fixed–however, I am about to enter college and would rather not have metal braces again, if possible. Any advice you could give would be very greatly appreciated. Thank you.,

I am looking at getting Invisalign. Do you offer free consultations?

Friday, June 11th, 2010
Q.
Hi I am looking at getting Invisalign. Do you offer free consultations? Is whitening included? Roughly how much would the cost be including everything needed? I realise you will need to see my teeth but i’d just like a rough idea. Thanks,

Is it possible to fill in a small “crack” space between the front teeth with cosmetic bonding?

Thursday, June 10th, 2010
Q.
Hi Riten Is it possible to fill in a small “crack” space between the front teeth with cosmetic bonding? I’m perfectly happy with my teeth so I don’t want veneers but my front teeth don’t meet entirely all the way up and was wondering if the crack space above the contact points could be filled. Its only about a paper thin space wide but I feel it just aesthetically ruins the look of the rest of the teeth. Thanks,

I have one wonky, front tooth. Can this be fixed with invisalign?

Thursday, June 10th, 2010
Q.
Good afternoon, i have one front tooth that is slightly wonky so is projecting slightly outwards. It isn’t a major issue but i would like to have it straightened to boost my confidence. Being 23 years old i would not like to wear the traditional braces, would the invisalign therefore be a better solution? Would this still cost at least £3,000 if it is just tackling one tooth? Many thanks for your time,

Which one should I get: Invisalign or Clear Step?

Thursday, June 10th, 2010
Q.
Hi, i am looking into getting a brace option and have been quoted a dearer price for invisalign over clear step. I’m confused as to which one will do the best job, can you advise?,
