Can I have my wisdom teeth removed under general anaesthetic?

Q. Hello Doctor, I am about to begin my orthodentic treatment (Invisalign), and before starting, I want to have my wisdom teeth removed. I have one problem, and it is that I’m very very nervous and scared about having it done under local anaesthetic. I want to have it done under general anaesthetic. What do you reckon? Many thanks.
A. You can ahve them taken out under general anaesthethic but will need to have them done in a hospital.
