Hello, Would Lumineers work for my pointy upper canines? As an alternative I was thinking of simple tooth reshaping by simply smoothing them down, although I fear this may make them look too small in relation to the rest of my teeth? I think tooth reshaping will work for my lower canines which are rather pointy too, how much should this cost? Thank you,

hi i have been to to see a cosmetic dentist about my bottom teeth as they are different hights im very conscious about my teeth but he told me that i could have them filed down but have a composite to bulid them back up so they are level do you think this is a wise idea if not what would you suggest? thanks,

Dear Dr Patel I hope this email finds you well. I have very spaced out teeth that have destroyed my self esteem since child hood. I don’t even visit the dentist as I have been treated as though I am some kind of a freak in the past. This is an obvious genetic problem as my dad, brother and half sister have the same issue. I am writing to you today because I am getting married in September and I can not bear my wedding photos having my horrible smile in them. If you can help me, you would make me the happiest bride ever and you would totally transform my life. Please Dr Patel, help me. I look forward to hearing from you even if to say you can’t help. Hi there, i really need to straighten my teeth, however i dread to have conventional braces as I am at an age which i think it will look embarassing! I work in a senior role which involves presentations and I am becoming very conscious about my teeth, I had braces when i was young but my dentist did not do a good job! I am thinking invisalign, i did visit one dentist and he said it would not be possible with my teeth without a good reason. Waht do i do, are there any other discreet options. Help please. Thanks,
