Would Lumineers work for my pointy upper canines?

Q. Hello, Would Lumineers work for my pointy upper canines? As an alternative I was thinking of simple tooth reshaping by simply smoothing them down, although I fear this may make them look too small in relation to the rest of my teeth? I think tooth reshaping will work for my lower canines which are rather pointy too, how much should this cost? Thank you,
A. Your question is a good one. In most cases Lumineers would be a good way to reshape, we can be more specific when we have actually seen your case. Some cosmeic practices like ours offer a free initial consultation to give rough guidance on the best option / costs after this assesment. Call Amy or Gurjit on 0121 643 0610 if you would to arrange this StJohns. If you want to proceed to treatment, a set of casts, photos & xrays are needed to simulate the finished result. This costs £200- 300 but is then used to show the finished results before touching your teeth. Once you are happy with the planning , you can recreate the results on your own teeth. Veneers cost from £450 per tooth Lumineers etc cost from £700 per tooth. Regards Rob
