My teeth are extremely spaced out, what can I do to fix them?

Q. Dear Dr Patel I hope this email finds you well. I have very spaced out teeth that have destroyed my self esteem since child hood. I don’t even visit the dentist as I have been treated as though I am some kind of a freak in the past. This is an obvious genetic problem as my dad, brother and half sister have the same issue. I am writing to you today because I am getting married in September and I can not bear my wedding photos having my horrible smile in them. If you can help me, you would make me the happiest bride ever and you would totally transform my life. Please Dr Patel, help me. I look forward to hearing from you even if to say you can’t help. Thank you very for your time. Blessing,
A. I am sure there are a number of things we can do, do not be ashamed there are so many people like yourself out there, I would really need to see you to give you options. The only other problem is that there is not a lot of time before the wedding but maybe something could be done to improve the appearance, look forward to hearing from you.
