Hi, I’m wondering if you could point me in the right direction. I’m 28 years old and I only have front teeth. They all have fillings. I suffered as a child with gum disease and never treated it. I really regret now as my face is sunken on both sides and I only have my front teeth to chew on, I’m in need of a teeth makeover but cannot afford to do this. I paid for a private denture for top and bottom but they have taken it down as much as they can. I’ts horrible, I would like implants. I am at the end of my teather, it makes me depressed and all I would like is a full mouth of teeth so I can chew like everyone else. The ones at front with fillings are all discoloured and you can tell I have fillings in front teeth by a mile off. Please, is there anything I can do or anyone that could or would be willing to give me a mouth makeover?

Tuesday, November 1st, 2016What are your charges for about 15 implants, all the top row and three on the bottom? I need to know all procedures and the time it will take from start to finish. I will need a scan for bone density for this amount of work to be done. I have many missing teeth and need this work carried out soon. I have a small denture, which is highly uncomfortable and I gag every time I put it in my mouth. It has 5 teeth on it. This is why I think my best option is implants that you don’t need to ever take out to clean and are more comfortable.

Thursday, June 16th, 2016 I am on income support and the family I brought up, who I put first, and are now grown up. I feel it’s my time to take care of myself, however I have neglected myself. My teeth have worn me down with supporting my children and have taken a knock.
I so want my confidence back but I earn very little as the grandchildren take up most of my earnings.
Can you please recommend a way I can afford treatment without going into debt please? I have some false teeth and they are ill-fitting, although I have had them fitted through the national health service.

Is this a good price and can this practice do it for the said price? I also only have 4 teeth in the lower jaw.The remaining teeth are not that good but they are strong. receding I am starting to lose my teeth. I have 2 teeth near the front of my mouth that need to be removed. They are painful and really loose. I would like to have veneers. I no longer work because of health reasons and my monthly benefit is barely enough to live on. If I have veneers how much would they be and would I be able to pay for them with a monthly credit scheme? Also, do you know of any cheaper option? I know I am limited because I will have no more teeth on that side of my mouth when the 2 teeth next to each other come out.

What Advice Can You Give Me Following a Bad Dental Implants Experience?

I had a maxillary posterior 3 tooth bridge partly taken out in January this year due to the back abutment (2nd molar) decaying despite attending hygienist sessions. The bridge was partly cut off along with the pontic and the other abutment tooth (root filled). My premolar tooth remains as a single crown. After 3 opinions from dentists who offer dental implants I chose the dentist who felt I didn’t need a bone graft and could install a short fat implant (Osteocare Mazi Z Flat end 4.5mm x 8mm) where the pontic had been and an Osteocare Mazi Z flat end 12mm x 5.5mm to replace my 2nd (back tooth) molar. He seemed confident and these were both placed in June this year. No detailed aftercare was provided, no follow up appointment and 3 weeks after the crown and post on the shorter implant fell out. I was appalled as I have paid this dentist over £4000 for his “expertise”. I went back immediately and now he wants to remove the last part of the original bridge and remove the tooth that I paid the same practice £800 for 2 years ago to provide a root filling. I don’t really feel comfortable with the same dentist now and have looked into the whole way this has been handled. The dentist I believe is about 60 years old and I noticed early on his hands trembled which was not reassuring. Plus why didn’t he assess my bone height and quality before going ahead with treatment? I was given no sinus lift or bone graft and now I am worried that the back implant may not last in the long term. He wants to give me an implant bridge (3 tooth on 2 implants) but I would rather have separate teeth. This was why I wanted implants originally and saved my money accordingly. I am due to have my premolar extracted in October but all I really want is to have a refund and go to someone who is going to do a proper assessment of that part of my jaw, which I understand is the most challenging area to place implants, and keep me fully informed of what he or she is going to do and a comprehensive aftercare programme which I believe is key to successful implants. What advice can you give me?
My Teeth Are Broken and Black. What Can Be Done?
Wednesday, July 29th, 2015I am 71 and my teeth are broken and black. Could it be helped with a product, or could I have them all out? It would be nice to smile and talk to people without them commenting on my black teeth.
I would like them out but due to ill health and having a heart attack in 2006, is it wise to have this
done at my age? They do not hurt, some of them have broken off and left the root in my gums. They look unsightly to my family and friends, and most of all
myself when I look at them in the mirror.
