How much would it cost to have dental implants to replace my dentures?

Q. hi, being 30 this year and having to come to terms with having to wear a complete set of dentures life is looking pretty grim..i,m guessing i,m going to have to take out a morgage to pay for a complete set of dental implants? just wondered roughly how much i should expect to pay any advice greatly appreciated.,
A. Implants can range from around £800 – £3000. The best thing to do is to have a few consultations with Cosmetic Dentists regarding this matter. It’s is expensive and think you need to get as much information as possible prior any treatment.

Is $40,000.00 a proper amount to pay for a full mouth of implants, upper and lower? Thank you very much

There are many factors in implant dentistry such as bone grafting, sinus lifts etc that can make the fee vary dramatically. $40K may be a reasonable fee

Thanks for your question. Costs for dental implant treatment can vary depending on your exact treatment needs and the practice you choose to carry out the work. As a ball park budgetary guide consider an investment of £17,000 for a full arch restoration with dental implants. This is a significant investment for any of us and many practices can help spread the cost of this investment with payment plans such as interest free finance or low cost finance.

As a ball park budgetary figure for a fully restored implant you should perhaps think in the region of £2,000.00 Many practices offer payment plans to help you spread the cost of this investment in your oral health

I am 31 years old. I had implant surgery 7 years ago in an attempt to replace my 4 front teeth which ahd been knocked out in an accident. The implants were not deemed strong enough so my dentist placed a dental bridge. The dental bridge now needs replacing, would the implants have gaiend strength during the past 7 years and now be string enough? I am really unhappy with the new bridge that has been made for me do you have any photographs of what a natural looking bridge should look lie – the one that has been made looks cartoon like. Mnay thanks for your help.

The way it look should depend on the size of the space the bit and the anchors underneath so there isn’t an ideal way it should look. You should see an implant dentist and ask him to investigate whether the implants are now useful for holding the bridge
