I enjoy drinking coffee, but I do keep it to a minimal. Caffeinated or decaffeinated doesn’t make a difference, does it? Not when it comes to keeping the whiteness of my teeth? Green tea doesn’t stain teeth at all, does it? Which is the best kind of tooth whitener that I can buy in the supermarkets – Asda, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Boots?

Hello. the tooth next to my front tooth has pushed onto it because i seem to be either sucking my thumb or pushing my upper jaw with my tongue whilst I sleep. Also, after doing BriteSmile a few years back, am more sensitive to staining and need to go for regular cleans. The rest of my teeth are healthy and straight. What do you think is a good solution?

can beauty salons do teeth whitening

Q.
Is it legal for beauty salons to be carrying out teeth whitening? I was told that the lady who carried out my treatment was trained – what qualifications should she have? I am not satisfied with the results and they say i signed a consent form to agree that the treatment may not be effective, can they get away with this? the leaflet they give out states they can whiten your teeth between 4 and 11 shades, i only went 3 shades and i am still a 4B which to me is still yellow. I want to confront them about this but need to know some facts about whether they are trading correctly etc before i do. thanks you for your advice in advance

enlighten or voco teeth whitening

I’ve heard the enlighten system is the best take home whitening system you can use. No dentists in my area use this home bleaching system. I would prefer to have this done near by for check ups and incase I need advise etc. My dentist only uses voco whitening system. Is this any good? I don’t want my teeth to look hollywood white, 3 shades whiter would be fine for me as I don’t want it to look fake.
