does britesmile teeth whitening make you teeth more sensitive

Q. Hello. the tooth next to my front tooth has pushed onto it because i seem to be either sucking my thumb or pushing my upper jaw with my tongue whilst I sleep. Also, after doing BriteSmile a few years back, am more sensitive to staining and need to go for regular cleans. The rest of my teeth are healthy and straight. What do you think is a good solution?

A. I think that the best thing for you would be to go and see an orthodontist and consider brace treatment to realign your teeth
Also I would go to the dentist and find out whether or not you have gum disease. This may be a reason that the front tooth has moved and the teeth are sensitive.
You should attend the dentist or hygienist every 3-6 months for a clean anyway to make sure the gums remain healthy
Kind Regards
