Q. Hi Justin I have just had emergency nhs dental treatment after breaking my insisor tooth which had to be extracted. The site was immediately alongside a previous extraction of an insisor near to the front right side of my mouth. I now have a sizeable gap which is seriously affecting my confidence as I now feel unable to smile properly and am having considerable trouble speaking properly as my tongue is protruding through the gap when i speak causing to lisp. I am on the nhs waiting list but don’t feel that i can wait forever to get this problem sorted. Please can you tell what my options are and approximate costs of getting the gap closed at a private dentist. I live in Pembrokeshire but would be prepared to travel if necessary. Thank you very much
