How can I straighten my crooked front teeth?

Tuesday, August 31st, 2010
Q.
I have a 3 unit porcelaine brige due to having a missing tooth which is 2 back from my two front teeth. My problem now is that my two front teeth are slightly crooked. They look OK from front but you notice it from the side. What is the best way to straighten them? Could I wear an Inman Alligner? I would rather not have veneers as my front 2 teeth are healthy. I am in my fifties. Thank you,

One of my left teeth is looking wonky. The top is going further left and the bottom right, slightly overlapping the left smaller tooth next to it. Please could you advise my options?

Q.
When i was a child I had to have an operation to cut open the gum to bring my left big front tooth down as it didn’t do it naturally on its own! This involved braces and a hook. Eventually it came and I’ve been happy with my teeth for years as I have a metal plate at the back that I was told would keep them held together. I’ve now noticed that the left tooth is looking wonky. the top going further left and the bottom right, slightly overlapping the left smaller tooth next to it. Please could you advise my options? Thanks,

I’ve always looked after my teeth, but I really want a better smile. Do you have any advice?

Q.
Hi Dr Bohara. I was really looking for some advise or perhaps pointing in the right direction. I have always looked after my teeth, never had any major issues. However i really want a better smilei have quite a narrow teeth rack. which does make my mouth look like i have a gap between my teeth and cheek. Id like a fuler smile. I read that a gum shield type retainer would resolve it but im unsure ! I really want to put the ball in motion but dont know where to start. Can you help because my smile stresses me out. Many Thanks for your time,
