What would be the best way to get rid of a moderate gap between my two front teeth?

Q. what would be the best way to get rid of a moderate gap between my two front teeth? also will this hurt and how much will it cost? thankyou.,
A. There are a few options with differeing costs. The best option in your case will depend on the size, and shape of the gap & teeth, the health of the adjacent teeth and surrounding bone support, your age, the strength of your bite……. etc. No treatment should hurt ! Options to close gaps are 1. Veneers, When done well these are predictable and look good. Ultrathin Veneers like Lumineers need no preparation (drilling of the tooth) cost £600-800 per tooth probably need 6 teeth to make the teeth even sizes. 2. Cosmetic bonding (filling) no tooth preparation needed, average life 2-5yrs. costs (£100-200 per tooth) 3. Orthodontics various systems including clear positioners that don’t look like braces, such as Clearstep or Invisalign. Costs about £3000 for one arch. Others like inman aligners will achieve some movement of the front teeth only at lower costs. StJohns Dental practice in Birmingham is 1 minute from New Street station.
