Q. When i was a child I had to have an operation to cut open the gum to bring my left big front tooth down as it didn’t do it naturally on its own! This involved braces and a hook. Eventually it came and I’ve been happy with my teeth for years as I have a metal plate at the back that I was told would keep them held together. I’ve now noticed that the left tooth is looking wonky. the top going further left and the bottom right, slightly overlapping the left smaller tooth next to it. Please could you advise my options?
