Q. Hi Dr Bohara. I was really looking for some advise or perhaps pointing in the right direction. I have always looked after my teeth, never had any major issues. However i really want a better smilei have quite a narrow teeth rack. which does make my mouth look like i have a gap between my teeth and cheek. Id like a fuler smile. I read that a gum shield type retainer would resolve it but im unsure ! I really want to put the ball in motion but dont know where to start. Can you help because my smile stresses me out.
