I have glue left on my teeth after brace removal what can be done?

Hello Dr Moore I have what seems to be glue left on my two centre top teeth from when my braces were removed when I was 17 (8 years ago). I presumed this would wear away with time but this has not been the case and now the surface of the teeth is very uneven. Not only this, but the bottoms of only these two teeth seem to be wearing away and are now almost transparent! I am very worried and these teeth are also extremely sensitive. Please could you tell me my options and is there anything to be done on the NHS, particularly as this seems to have been caused by my previous dentist?

My teeth are badly rotten can i get treated for implants at NHS?

Hi, I’m 22 years old and i have a big problem with my teeth, my teeth have always been weak but since I’ve had my two children they have gone really worse, the front of my teeth have badly rotten and are falling apart, I’m extremely embarrassed and scared to go to the dentist as I’ve had bad experiences with them, i have had some teeth out already at the back, i was just wondering if there is any way these teeth could be saved or if tooth implants are possible for me on the NHS as I’m only on benefits, thank you for taking the time to read my question

Will NHS fund Invisalign or Inman alignment treatment?

Hi im 16 and have wonky teeth and my teeth at the front dont touch [so much i can put my tongue through]. i think i need braces bu before i ask my local dentist i thought id ask you whether or not the NHS will fund them becasue i would want Invisalign or Inman Aligner [something unnoticable]? and also would they be appropriote?

I am a 27 year old man and i grew up very poor. my family could not afford dental care for all 8 of us. now all of my teeth are completely rotted i do not even have many back ones anymore. it’s embarrassing to smile in public. what should i do? i’m on a very small budget now but i want a nice smile

Can i get my teeth treated at a dental teaching hospital?

Hello, Quick question, I lost one front tooth due to domestic violence and other has a hair line fracture and apparently the root did not develop so the only support it has is the gum. I can’t afford to go private so I have no choice but to go to a Dental teaching hospital, the only one I know of is Guy’s and St Thomas’ hospital. Are they the only ones in London? And is the risk worth going to a teaching hospital. I’m worried I may come out worse than when I went in.

Can i get dental implants treatment at NHS?

Hi Dr Moore I would like your advice on what i need done to my teeth and where to start. Bascially when i was younger my front tooth was knocked out and over the years the gap has closed and the is no space for an implant. Im 22 years old and a student at the moment so cant afford £1000s. Would an NHS dentist do this type of work? or what would advive i do to start correcting this promlem, as it is really affecting me. thank you for taking the time to read this.

Im getting my lower teeth removed and how wll it take to get dentures fixed?

Hello, im nearly 28 and i remember visiting the dentist when i was very young, ive never been since. my teeth are seriously deformed, next to my front two teeth, on either side are large teeth that have grown outwards, i cant smile and its becoming a serious issue. im so depressed and need help. im scared to see a dentist out of sheer embaresment. Hi,hoping you can help-I am a 36 year old woman and have had crowns on my two front teeth for around ten years following an accident where they were chipped.In the last 2 years I have noticed a gap forming in between the teeth which is becoming more noticeable.I have not seen a dentist in 3 years,I have been on an NHS dental waiting list for over 12 months but heard nothing,anyway I am seeing a private dentist on September the 8th and was wondering a,whats making the crowns move? (as I have no pain,or bleeding) b,how much I can expect to pay,depending on what work will be needed.c,whether you can tell me what are my options?
