Can i get my teeth treated at a dental teaching hospital?

Q. Hello, Quick question, I lost one front tooth due to domestic violence and other has a hair line fracture and apparently the root did not develop so the only support it has is the gum. I can’t afford to go private so I have no choice but to go to a Dental teaching hospital, the only one I know of is Guy’s and St Thomas’ hospital. Are they the only ones in London? And is the risk worth going to a teaching hospital. I’m worried I may come out worse than when I went in.

A. No guarantees can be given in dentistry but you will be treated according to standard protocols. If Guys accept you I would take the opportunity to have treatment
