I have lost my front tooth is dental implant the right option

Hi Rob I want a permanent solution to my smile. I had an overbite when I was a kid and to correct this I had porcelain crowns in my upper jaw. Since then I have lost my front two teeth which has now been replaced by a platics denture, which is annoying and affecting my eating. After lots of research I think my answer is a dental implant. I do smoke and also have HIV (but my health is good) Could you please advise what options would be avaiable to me. I would like to try and keep costs down and wondered what would be avaiable at what price. Kindest Regards

Do I need to retreat my front tooth or get an another implant advice

How succesfull is root canal treatment on front crowns, which were placed originally well over twenty plus years ago, with metal posts and no previous root treatment. I have been having problems and need to have I believe posts removed before treatment. I have had one of my front crowns recently out due to absess and constant pain, and replaced with a dental implant. I am left with the other three front sensitive crowns now., do I treat roots with expensive specialist endodontics work which I am not sure of success or remove crowns… and have another implant placed and bridge work attaching, already in place dental implant. please advise on cost of both treatments approx…. Should I consider implants over braces I have time issues?

One of my front teeth is not aligned with the others because it was taken out a little bit late in my childhood years while removing the milk teeth. Now am 28 and I would like it aligned with the other teeth. Braces take a long time to realign teeth, thats why I wanted to choose a dental implant. What is the process of getting a dental implant and its advantages or disavantages over the other methods.

Can lower teeth overlap be fixed by Inman Aligner?

Hi I have always had a slight overlap on my lower front teeth, however this appears to be getting worse. I am in my early 30s and have all my wisdom teeth, could they be casuing the overlap to worsen? Would removing my wisdom teeth help the issue or would the Inman Aligner be the best method?
