Hi Dr, My front four teeth are relatively big compared to my other teeth and I wanted to ask what is the maximum they could be shortened. The front two are over 10 mm, I would really like them reduced by 4mm, but is that not safe as it will cause tooth pain after? Thanks

my gums are not strong and my front tooth is not aligned can i have invisalign to fix it?

Hi, “my gums are not very strong”, that was what i was told by a dentist. They started a treatment which includes norming one side of my mouth to help the gum. i only did one session cos i didnt see any diifference. My front tooth is not aligned properly, i have gap teeth top and buttom. My question is can i have the invisalign fixed to correct all this flaws. Please help, am desperate.

Dear dr i am 28yrs old i have a half a centimeter gap between my front teeth and from ten years of sucking my thumb as a child they also stick out and they desperately need fixing. during my child hood i was teased even as an adult i getteased also. recently i started lookin at solutions in fixing it ive started savingfor reshaping and veneers.please could you tell me the best way to go about fixin my problem withoout braces and how much it would cost? i also have one teeth missing one the left side and two missing one the right which my dentist given me dentures which im desparte to get rid of

Hi, i have my 2 front teeth which are a bit forward than normal. i wan thinking to get invisalign soon, but i think its kinda hereditary my nan n den mum all had same teeth.. is it that the teeth are foorward or the jaw is like tht.. i really feel low sometimes i want them to be straight n how long does it take to push teeth back in lol.. i will wait for your reply many thanks

What are the better options for upper partical than flippers?

I am looking into getting a upper partical of the front teeth. right no i have a flipper in and it is the worst thing i ever paid for. i was wondering if i will be able to eat regularly and if they will match my other teeth? the flipper i have now, they said that it would be that way and i cant even bit down on anything, i have to cut up burgers,sandwiches really everything. and it is half the size of my other tooth, on top of being disclolred…plese answer asap…thanks so much!

Hi there I am a model and my front teeth are wonky! I have one tooth that overlaps the other due to having too many teeth! I had 4 removed when I was younger. I dread to think what i would look like if that hadnt been done! But I need to get this sorted. Obviously a brace would not look good in shoots even if it was the fast 12 wk one. So I was thinking of veneers. Could I get away with just one or two? I wish I had train tracks when I was 12!! I need this sorted as its affecting my career but dont want to spend thousands. Just hundreds!

I have bad teeth, especially in the top half of my mouth and I recently saw a Private dentist to see if they could help. They were extrememly rude and partonising and I ended up not going back. My front teeth ( Smile ) are quite bad and one has eroded quite a lot and I dont know what I can do as I cannot afford to pay thousands of pounds to get this sorted. Is there any alternative other than dentures? I am 22 years old and paying for not looking after them as a child. The decay in the top half of my mouth has gotten so bad that my partner doesnt even want to kiss me anymore. My bottom teeth are generally ok, but the top are in a really bad state and some probably are un-saveable. Any help would be great. Thank you for your time.
