My teeth are crowded at the bottom at the front

Q. Hello, my teeth are crowded at the bottom at the front. I am 25 years old and when i was 14 i had 4 teeth removed at the back to create space. I had a brace but the teeth eventually moved back to a crowded position. I have seen a couple of orthodontists who have said my only option is to have a tooth a the front removed – leaving just an uneven 3 and to have the others filed. They have said my jaw cannot be stretched and removal of a front tooth is essential. Can you advise on what other options are open to me? The only thing i want to avoid is removal of teeth. Thanks

A. I agree it seems you have already had enough teeth taken out.  It is very difficult to give you an exact idea without seeing you but orthodontics should be able to straighten your teeth first. If after this you still want to improve your smile cosmetic treatment can be carried out.
