Is it possible to have just 6 teeth prepared for veneers? Or is it standard practice to have more?

Q.
Hi i am thinking of possibly getting veneers. It seems that porcelain are better, or Lumineers from what I have read. I was thinking of perhaps getting my top six teeth done and then whitening the rest of my teeth. My teeth are not in terrible shape but stained partly from smoking a little and i have been grinding a little also. Is this possible to do or is it more usual to do more including the bottom row. Any advice would be most welcome.
Kindest regards.
A.
Hello, Thanks for you questions. It may be possible to do the treatment as you have requested.

However in order for us to advise you correctly you should come and attend for a consultation as it’s impossible to give you an accurate diagnosis and appropriate advice without seeing you in person. A thorough and complete examination is crucial. Then we could answer all your questions with confidence.

If we are not convenient for you then please book a consultation appointment and seek advice from a local cosmetic dentist in your area.

Kind regards

Mark
