Is it possible to have all of my teeth removed and replaced with natural looking implants?

Q. I am from Africa I have a terrible dental problem, all my teeth are spoilt including the front one. Is it possible to be removed all the teeth and implanted new permanent set and for them to look as if they are natural? Thank you.,
A. hi in theory this is possible but be aware that the cost will easily be in the £20000 plus range
