A. If they are slightly longer than the other teeth- you can have them contoured. As long as the dentist knows what he/she is doing- and the shaping stays in enamel, then you should have no problems. If they stick out too much, then perhaps you should consider orthodontic options- a brace to push them back a little. I would advise you see a cosmetic dentist to discuss your options in person.
