If A Trainee Gives Me Orthodontic Treatment Will I receive It At A Reduced Cost?

Q.
Hello, Please could you tell me the best way for the 6mm gap between my front teeth to be closed? Its really started to affect my confidence and very rarely want to smile,I am 45 years old, wore a metal brace as a teenager which successfully worked, but then never wore a retainer. I read that being seen by a student/trainee, costs for treatment are reduced. Or would this kind of treatment have to be carried out in a training hospital? I would appreciate some professional advice, I’m desperate to receive some treatment but don’t earn a lot of money so that’s why I’m trying to opt for a cheaper form. Unless you can recommend some sort of financial scheme I can get a hold of? As I said, I would love some advice. So, thank you for your time.

Hello, thanks for your question. Well, it sounds like a brace might be best, treatment by a trainee isn’t really appropriate for complex adult orthodontics so its best to pay full price to get the best result. I hope this helps. Regards.
