1.i have so many cavities in mostof my teeth.is filling the cavity is painfull.
2.in saudi arabia filling the cavity is done without any local anesthesia.iam very much worried about pain of drilling and scartching to clean the cavity.

Hello I am a 52 year old Scottish woman with a history of bad dental treatment as a child. I now have three upper jaw implants on the right side, butcontinuing pain around those implants and a root canal beside a gap on theupper left. My dentist here says I need another implant beside the gap on the left but as it is close to a sinus, I also need bone augmentation. I have been having tooth by tooth treatment for 15 months and I have not been without pain in that time. Now my dentist tells me I may need another 12 months of this. I think I need another opinion and perhaps a complete mouth makeover t3Drather than a tooth by tooth treatment. Every time I have a toothseen to, I get pain somewhere else and need something else done. I would really like you to give me some idea of what three implants ( upper jaw ) including an extracton, and old amalgalm filling replacment/covers (five of them ) might cost. Plus an idea of how long the whole thing might take as Ionly visit the UK a fe w times a year now. I know it is a big ask in an Email, but I am a bit at a loss here. I am petrified of the dentist and haven’t been for many, many years. Hello, I would like to get 4 veneers on my upper front teeth. I have had a lot of work done on my front teeth, bonding and fillings. My front teeth are now discoloured and I am very unhappy with them. A few years ago, one of my front teeth had a hole right through it that I needed to get refilled. Will this cause a problem if I was to get a veneer on that tooth? I know that my teeth need to be prepped, but a shaved down tooth with a hole in it, will that be dangerous to put a veneer on? I imagine bacteria would get trapped, or the veneer wouldn’t be very secure. What could I have done about this? Can you fit veneers over fillings? Thank you.
