I was looking at getting my teeth whitened, but i have three implants

Q. I was looking at getting my teeth whitened, but i have 3 implants on my top front teeth and all the whitening products use a tray. so i was wondring if the whitening products would affect the apperance of the crowns? Thanks

A. Hi many thanks for your enquiry, the problem with whitening when you have existing restorations is that they will not whiten. so your options are to whiten and replace the implant crowns or not whiten at all. hope this is helpful
