I have slight problem with overbite and invisalign had no impact is implant a feasible option

Q. I’ve had several treatments since the age of 11. Although my teeth are not bad I still have a slight overbite and the roots of my maxilla teeth are very apparent. I still have issues with my bite coming together too. The latest treatment I tried was invisalign and has had no impact. Is there any other option apart from further orthodentics? Is tooth removal and implants a feasible option?

A. It sounds like quite a complex problem if Invisalign didn’t help. Removal of the teeth is quite a drastic way of solving crowding but it can work well. You need to get expert advice before thinking further about this option
