Have lost the Inman aligner how much would it cost to replace?

Q. Hello, I have had a Inman Aligner treatment and I finished it. But my dentist suggested I wear the Inman Aligner after the treatment for few more months so I have worn it for more than 10 months(I guess, but I did have proper treatment before wearing Inman Aligner with metal thing). Unfortunately, I lost it today and I don’t think I could find it and moreover, I don’t I could see my dentist again, as he is in different country. I want to have a new Inman Aligner, the appliance, but not the treatment, as I have finished it already. How much do you think, in this case, would cost me to have an Inman Aligner? If it is far over £500(but I do hope that the cost would be far less than 500, as I DO NOT NEED ANY TREATMENT, BUT JUST THE APPLIANCE), could you recommend me other appliances that might be suitable to keep the “already rearranged shape”?(And that should be fairly cheap, because my parents have already paid quite a lot to arrange a treatment for me and they do not want to spend extra money, which means that I have to pay)

A. You need a retainer if you are happy with your teeth now you need a fixed metal wire placed around the backs of the front teeth and a removable “gumshield” retainer.  Find an orthodontist or good dentist and they will be able to provide this for you.

I finished inman aligner treatment last year and have had the plastic invisalign retainer since. But I was never happy with the finished result and felt i asked for the retainer too soon as I was moving down south, away from my dentist in Scotland. I want to use the aligner again to get a more straightened result before obtaining a new retainer. However, my inman alginer has snapped. The plastic part that goes across the front of my top teeth has snapped in half. Please could you advise me how much it would cost to be fixed? Many thanks,Patrick

Hi I have the inman aligner on my top teeth for 2 weeks and so far so good. However, when I was cleaning the appliance today the back part of the aligner popped out of place. (The back springs came out of their holes). I put them back in straight away and the aligner feels fine on. Would this be ok or is it likely to need fixed? Thanks
