Q. From the age of 8yrs old i had a bad fall and ended up with a front left denture,which knocked my confidence alot,when i turned 16yrs old i had a horse rideing accident which resulted in me receiveing another 5 dentures from my front right tooth along my right side of my mouth…when i had had my first baby i breast fed which caused me to have a calcium drop,which in turn ended up with nearly all my bottom teeth filled with silver filllings.Im sorry to go on a bit,but would like to know if i could have my fillings change to a white colour and my front teeth without dentures? This is causeing me to become and feel depressed as i cant be myself anymore through feeling really ashamed,its that bad for me i cant bring myself to go see a dentist.thankyou,
A. In theory you can do all those things. You will need a thorough consultation and Ct scan to check the bone as it may have reduced in volume as the tooth has been missing for sometime.
