Hi Dr Patel. How do I remove a 1 millimetre gap between my front two teeth? The gap appears to be in an inverted v (^) shape. All the other teeth are normal and are in sufficient size and I am not missing any other teeth. There is no problem with the size of my other teeth. What will be the cost of treatment? Is it is best to use veneers? Please advise me. How can I have veneers without disturbing the normal healthy tooth structure? Is there any other treatment I could consider for this? I’m struggling To Find A Dentist That Fits Lumineers, Do You Know Of The Nearest Practice That Has Experience With Them?

I live near Sheffield and I’m struggling to find a dentist
that fits Lumineers, do you know of the nearest practice that has experience
with them?

 I have two front
teeth that appear higher in my gums making my smile look ‘wonky’ and I’m hoping
that Lumineers will rectify this rather than having to wear braces for a
considerable period of time.

I’m 34 and am desperate to avoid having braces due to the
time the treatment will take and the cost implications of having them too.

I Don’t Like My Temporary Veneers And I Don’t Know If My Permanent Ones Will Turn Out Okay. Will The Permanent Ones Be Bulky?

I just got 6 temporary veneers on my front teeth. I’m not happy as they all had gaps and they look so fake and bulky. They look like a denture to me or a mouth piece you wear for sports. I can barely talk and I forget about eating. I feel like a horse and look like one as well. They make me have a lot of saliva and my teeth look big and plastic. Will my permanent teeth look like this? My front teeth feel like I’m buck toothed and can’t talk very well. Is this really normal? I have already went back to the dentist after one day and they say I won’t have this issue with permanent veneers, they said it’s because I have one piece on my front teeth, I just don’t know what to believe and I’m stressed out already.

My girlfriend is 23 years old and has fluorosis pigmentation throughout her teeth. Can it be decreased or removed naturally or through a dentist? I have found some natural remedies given in other websites but they all are meant for children. Can this be cured for adults? I am not sure whether she has undergone a treatment during childhood which has caused this. Hi Dr Shaffie. I am 21 years old and I have naturally yellow teeth. I feel ashamed when I talk with somebody and I’m unable to smile properly. What are the possible solution to make my teeth white? I want to ask where I can get treatment for my yellow teeth as I’m unable to attract people and wish to have a beautiful smile. I really feel very ashamed because of yellow teeth and I don’t even smoke, drink or eat junk food, I brush daily twice. But this doesn’t help.  Please give me suggestions to make them white. Hello. I have Lumineers and have had them for about 7 years. I feel like they look a little dingy and are not as white as I would like. I have heard that you can whiten the back of your natural teeth and that will help brighten your smile up. Is there any truth to this? Also how long on average do Lumineers last before needing to replace them. And do you recommend veneers over Lumineers in most cases?

I Am Nervous About Having Dental Surgery To Fix My Crossbite. Would Veneers Be Another Options?

I am 44 years old and have a narrow upper jaw and crossbite, despite having had braces in my 20’s. I am thinking about having SARPE surgery and Lingual braces but am nervous about the surgery and having to live with a metal expander for 3 months followed by a year of orthodontics. Ideally I would like to improve my bite but I am not sure if it is worth it at my age. The main thing that bothers me is my front teeth stick out a bit. Could cosmetic dentistry (say in the form of veneers) offer some improvement? Thanks.
