What are the optiond for me keeping my teeth looking white and real?

Friday, March 26th, 2010
Q.
I had an accident when I was a teenager and after 23 one of my front teeth started to turn grey. I ended up getting both my top front teeth root canals and bleached from the inside. It’s been about 5 years since I’ve had that done and one tooth is starting to look lightly grey again. I don’t have crowns and I find my dentists aren’t clear on my options and the risks. I want to keep my teeth looking white and real, is this realistic? What are my options!?,

The crowns I keep getting replaced make all my teeth look different sizes, any advice?

Friday, March 26th, 2010
Q.
Sorry, didn’t finish my questionand not sure if you received it so here goes again. I have a number of crowns which have been replaced over the years and each time the impression is taken from the ones before so they get bigger and longer each time. Anything that did not fit before, also does not fit again and any problems with receding gums are difficult to control. Do cosmetic surgeons have technology these days that make teeth the same size as the original. Having just paid an arm and a let to look like the winner of the Derby, is there a training school in the Midlands looking for volunteers.

Do I have a root infection?

Friday, March 26th, 2010
Q.
Ok here is my question, We know that natural teeth are best, But say that a tooth has been sheered, say a back upper tooth is sheered down to gum level, And now lets assume its been like that for more than 10 years. When teeth are natural they can apply extreme pressures. But when you have a denture eating an apple is hard on the gums. But when the back tooth is sheered but is natural why is it, That when minimum force is applied that pain is met from the resistance force of the gum, The nerve is dead for the tooth, The nerves in the surrounding gum are all healthy, But for that half tooth or the roots that remain, it cannot sustain pressure without giving-sending out pain signals, Why is this. Thanks.

How much would it cost to have my teeth straightened, due to thumb sucking?

Friday, March 26th, 2010
Q.
Hi there, i don’t know if you can help but all my life i have been a thumbsucker. i recieved braces when i was 13 and quit sucking my thumb. After my brace i had a retainer for about a year, i was told i no longer needed to wear the retainer. my teeth began to return to their original state so i began to suck my thumb again as i was upset the brace didn’t work. Now at 17 i have quit my thumb again and it feels as though my teeth are moving around, and the gap between my teeth seems to be closing. what would be the best option to get my teeth looking straight and ‘perfect’ again and approximatly how much would it cost? sorry for the long story, any help would be appriciated.,
