I dont take my dentures out. Will my gums get infected?

Hello im a 24 year old lad who wears dentures on the top part of me mouth. the denture are a full set apart from the 2 fangs that are missing out of my denture my question is because i dont ever take them out apart from to clean them is there any chance that my gums will start to rot of get gamgreen because im not letting my gums breath? i dont ever take them out because im in a relationship and im embarrased about my appearance.They do get sore but the pain goes.

Shrinking gums and loose teeth

The bone in my gums are shrinking and so most of my teeth are loose i’m not affraid of dentures but i really don’t want the plate do i have an alternative? My dentist says implants are not an option because ther is not enough bone to old them

I am currently 17 (still in full time education) and when i was 13 i fell of my bike and snapped half of my front tootch. I have had problems with my front tooth and recently had to have a root filling as i ahd been gettin an absess. I also hate my smile and dislike my teetch completly that i do not smile and if i do i never show my teeth. I was thinking about getting a full set of ventures but was wondering if i would be able to get them on the nhs? And if i wouldnt how much would it cost if i was to have to pay.

Hi Dr my local NHS dentist recently informed me that most of my teeth are loose and very sensitive i have 7 top teeth, 2 which are very loose, and 10 bottom teeth,i have a partial denture(5)which causes me to urge from time to time,i am 80yrs old would appreciate your advice please. regards
