How to whiten teeth for fitted dentures?

Q.
I recently had my old ,crumbling (due to eating disorders) teeth ,removed and dentures fitted….a ghastly experience ,but i thought worth it ,as i`d now finally be able to smile with confidence.. However ,the teeth i`ve been fitted with ,are no where near as white as those i`d been shown (as mine). My dentist then left ,and i went elsewhere for the fitting.. Is there anyway at all i can help to brighten my teeth..i`m not vain (ever!) ,but it`s really affected (and still is) ,the way i talk….and i still don`t feel much like smiling….help???Thank-you..

Advice on blood loss after removal of teeth

Please can you advise me? On wed (16th) i had my own teeth removed ,and dentures fitted.It was supposed to be under sedation ,with local injections to help ,but i felt everything..every tooth yanked and pulled ,and was left totally shell-shocked.. Now ,it`s friday ,and i`m just concerned that my mouth feels like i`ve a number 55 bus in it!Also i`m still loosing a fair ammount of blood ,inspite of washing my mouth gently ,with a warm salt solution? CAn you advise me if this is normal? And will the teeth settle down?I`ve no apt to go back ,so i just don`t know…many thanks

My front teeth were decayed and extracted can i still have implants?

Hi. About 6 weeks ago, I got told by my dentist that my four front teeth were decaying, and he was replacing with a denture. But then 3 weeks latley i had two of my teeth: one side and front tooth knocked out (two of them were the decaying ones.) And i’ve had the other two taking and out, and I’ve got a denture now. But i find it weird to wear and I’ve got special needs aswell so it’s diffcult for me to get use too it, but I was wondering because I’ve got a denture now, could I still have Implants done? or is it to late to have them?

Hi, Today i had two teeth removed top front right (next to by front tooth) I was fitted right away with a denture. Im finding it very uncomfortable and i am aware of the healing process. I cannot take out the teeth at all to clean they are so tight. Also, my bite feels completely wrong. Ive eaten nothing only soup today. The denture has an extended gum piece on.. Can this be shaved off or corrected so it is not as noticable? i can see the pink gum piece when i smile, as so will others. My mouth feels so uncomfortable right now i want to remove the denture for when i go to bed and to clean it along with my teeth, but cannot remove it. Please can you advise on my denture problem. Im getting my lower teeth removed and how wll it take to get dentures fixed?

I have upper dentures for the past 30 years I am now 44 and to morrow thursday 3rd. September I am having my lower teeth(8 in all)removed and was wondering how long will it before I can get my dentures fitted after the operation and will I be in much pain after having teeth removed?

HI, 2 YEARS AGO I HAD TO HAVE SOME BOTTOM FRONT TEETH REMOVED DUE TO GUM DISEASE. I HAD THEM REPLACED WITH DENTURES. I HAVE ALSO LOST MOST OF MY GUM AT THE BOTTOM. THE DENTURES ARE NOW QUITE LOOSE AND AS THEY HAVE SETTLED MY TEETH AT EITHER SIDE OF THEM ARE NOW HIGHER, WHICH MAKES ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE. MY DENTURES DO NOT HAVE ANY GUM UNDER THE TEETH WHICH MAKES THEM LOOK LIKE FANGS. COULD YOU PLEASE ADVISE ME AS TO WHETHER A DENTIST CAN MAKE FALSE GUM DENTURES WHICH WOULD NOT MAKE MY DISAPPEARING GUM SO VISIBLE WHEN I TALK OR SMILE?
