Hello Dr. Andrew; I want to carry out teeth whitening,but My teeth are seen to be cracked especially the two infront,on the upper jaw. the doctor said that i suffer from night teeth grinding and i wear a night guard which i really hate and feel uncomfortable with.I am 34 a mother of two 11 and 8years .I noticed this gringing habits only recently ,because before that my teeth are healthy. Now I highly like to whiten my teeth..but my Question is..is whitening cause more damage to my teeth or not ,if yes what is the best way to get back my smile. I higly appreciate your efforts of help and support.

I have batteled normal teeth problems such as cavities all my life

I am a 32yr old woman who has batteled normal teeth problems like cavities all my life but nothing to major aside from 1 root canal.I recently had teeth 20 and 28 extracted…and have a feeling that 2*which had a root canal) and 14 will have to be removed. Im interested in replacing the missing teeth especially after reading how the surronding teeth can shift over time. I am unsure as to which type of replacement to get….any ideas?

Hello, I just got 4 veneers and 6 crowns replaced on my upper teeth. It seems to me one of my bicuspids is either too short or the one on the other side of my mouth is too long. other one is too long. How do I know what is ideal, for example what is best ratio to the teeth on the other side?

7 months ago I had a dental crown placed on an implant

7 months ago I had a dental crown placed on an implant and now it is loose. I went to my peridontist and was told that the abutment screw was loose and needed to be tightened. He also told me that the crown would be drilled into to reach the screw. I just finished paying for the crown. I am wondering if there is anything that can be done to save it. I also would like to know what can do to prevent this from happening over again.

I had dental crown for my top front two teeth

I had dental crown for my top front two teeth before. They had been 12 years. For some reasons and the policy of the dental insurance, I recently have had partial dentures for that two teeth. I have been feeling difficulites to chew the food and dentures would fall out themselves. The metal frame of the dentures makes me feel not comfortable all the time. I am so regret to have this surgery. Should I talk to the dentist about the issue of the dentures and Is there any way I can do if I want a treatment of dental crown? Thank you for your advices.
