Q. How can one floss an already plaqued teeth?
A. Fisrt see the Hygienist to remove the palque and tartar from the teeth. This will claen all the debris from your teeth to make all subsequent oral hygiene measures more effective

I have never used an oral irrigator and am looking at purchasing a panasonic one. Which would be better for home use the DJ40 or EW1211
Should i floss once or twice aday and before or after brushing?
I would floss every day once is usually enough although morning and night would be great if you have the time!!
