Is crowning for £900 per tooth expensive Plz advice
Q. I am looking to have my 2 crowns replaced as they are beginning to look discoloured (fitted 18 years ago) and I have some gum receeding. I am not convinced my dentist will do a good job and I have had another quote form an orthadontist for £900 per tooth – is this very expensive? I think my own dentist charges in the region of £300.
A. No, prices do vary and I an sure that a cosmetic dentist will get you the result you want. Orthodontists straighten teeth so I do not think that an orthodontist would make you crowns.
