What is the Best Treatment for Dental Fluorosis on the Teeth?

Q.
Hello Dr Gambroudes. I have dental fluorosis on both of my two front teeth. They are noticeably stained with large circular white marks, one on each of the two teeth. I feel that this affects the overall appearance of my teeth. I am 19 years old and I would really like to fix this problem. Would you recommend something along the line of veneers or Lumineers, or a treatment that is something totally different to veneers? I do not have a problem with the rest of my teeth, it is just the appearance of the front two that I would like to fix. I would appreciate any help you can give.
Thank you.

Hi, thank you for getting in touch. Veneers are probably the best option for this situation really. However, sometimes you can replace the defected dentin with white composite filling. Have a chat with your dentist to see which they think is most appropriate for your case. Thanks, Marcus.
